Tenants of boats and motors are responsible for all physical damage or loss of parts and a deposit of $100.00 is required by arrival

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
A reservation of $100.00 per person is due upon booking. Reservations will not be held without deposits. Deposits are non refundable, but they may be transferred to other dates or next calender year, on 60 days written notice of reservation date.
Weekly rates run from Saturday 3:00 pm to Saturday 7:00 a.m. and have to pay in full prior to reservation
Check in time 4:00 p.m.
Check out time 8:00 a.m. Flexibility when possible
A one week reservation will be charged at the weekly rate regardless of duration of stay
